I’m a writer and speaker on health, fitness, and fatherhood. My work has been featured in The Globe and Mail, Vice, and GQ. I’ve competed in powerlifting, Chinese martial arts, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Bang is the result of a simple question: “How will I be able to live a physical life – and do the stuff I love to do – in my old age?” Research, experimentation, and a lot of love have gone into answering that questions and creating the systems we use today. I also had to untangle a lot of what mainstream fitness culture gets wrong and then build a clear idea of what getting things right really means.
At Bang, we've come to be leaders in Toronto’s fitness community and have endeavoured to offer a mindful, sustainable approach to fitness.
With us, you’ll feel comfortable enough to do hard things in service of lifelong health.
