Please note: Group Personal Training sessions run separately—starting at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on Saturdays.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Powerlifting Club

Learn to squat, bench, and deadlift in a safe, fun environment.


Sundays at 11 AM

Olympic Lifting 101

Learn correct and safe technique in the snatch, clean, and jerk using a step-by-step approach.

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM

Strongman / Strongwoman

Drag, carry, lift, push and pull heavy things. 

 

Saturdays at 11 AM and 12 PM

 

Recommended minimums:

11AM: 185 lbs deadlift, 85 lbs overhead press

 

12PM: 275 lbs deadlift, 115 lbs overhead press

Tai Chi

Practice moving mediation with the nuanced, slow-moving Wu Style Tai Chi form.

 

Sundays at 9:30 AM

The Anti-Gravity Society

Bring the energy in a group setting. The AGS uses barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight techniques for challenging, full-body workouts that build stronger, fitter, happier humans.
