When you know that you’re on the right track, everything changes. You have the freedom to just show up, put your head down, and immerse yourself in the process. It’s freeing.

 

WHO DO WE WORK WITH?

Our personal trainers (who are delightful, by the way) work with pro athletes, folks recovering from injuries, and exercisers of all experience levels. But we have a special love for beginners. If you haven’t always felt at home in the gym, we will make it our business to teach you how to make fitness a lifelong practice—and have a good time doing it!

 

Our HISTORY

We’ve been right here in downtown Toronto since 2008. We were founded by Geoff Girvitz (the fellow at the top of this page). Our earliest years were focused on athletics and combat sports. In 2010, we introduced our earliest iteration of Group Personal Training. As we’ve grown, we’ve focused on helping our members make fitness a sustainable, enjoyable part of their lives. 

 

We provide a great space, expert trainers, and an inclusive culture. That’s kind of fancy way to say that we want you to have a great time with us. And that we’re pretty sure you will. 


We recognize that mental health and physical health are two sides of the same coin. We can—and will—teach you how to use barbells, kettlebells, and other tools expertly. But the real value here is what this all does for your total health and wellness. Nutrition, lifestyle, habit design, and exercise all come together to help you wake up feeling great and increase your ability to participate in life on your terms.
