Where are you located?

We are located in Toronto at 610 Queen St W, 2nd floor

What types of memberships do you offer?

Group Personal Training (GPT) and small-group classes.
Each is available as a flexible, month-to-month membership with lots of extras—but no extra fees.

What are your hours of operation?

6:30 am to 8 pm M-F; 9 am to 3pm Saturdays. 11am to 1pm on Sundays

Is there parking nearby?

There’s free 1-hour parking on our adjacent sides-streets and metered parking available on Queen Street.

What is your cancellation policy on memberships?

We keep cancellation simple and stress-free. 1 week’s notice is requested via e-mail for cancelling month-to-month memberships.

How does online training work?

We’ll do an initial discovery session to understand what your needs are—and what kind of exercise programming you’ll need. From there, we’ll create monthly programs and provide as much support (typically by Zoom) to ensure that you’re crushing it. 

How many people are in your group training sessions?

You’ll train alongside up to four other members. No need to sync up schedules or training with anyone else. Everyone has individualized programming and works indpendantly—but with support.The environment is focused but friendly.

Do you offer private personal training?

Yes. private personal training is recommended for people with more complex injury needs or who an accelerated on-ramp to Group Personal Training.
